Bhdepot offers a 14 day return policy on products. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@bhdepot.ca. Please provide your invoice number for proof of purchase, and all relevant products in the email, as well as the reason for return or exchange.

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be approved, and are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. 

Products must be in original condition and packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be approved by Bhdepot before merchandise is brought back.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on installed, custom, clearance, final sale, special order merchandise, or sanitary products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the return and exchange policy for any specific items on your order. 

Damages and Shortages

For order delivery, we collaborate with leading logistics companies, ensuring each shipment is insured to protect against unforeseen circumstances. However, it is important to emphasize that the responsibility for the initial inspection of the delivered goods before signing the acceptance documents rests with the client.

Upon receiving your order, please take the time to thoroughly inspect the goods for compliance with the specified characteristics and the presence of possible damages. In case of detection of defects or damages, it is imperative to immediately document them in the delivery form, indicating that the goods were received in a damaged condition, with a detailed description of the identified problems. This is a mandatory condition for making claims to the logistics company for compensation for damaged goods.

Please note that signing the acceptance documents without prior inspection of the goods automatically transfers all responsibility for possible damages to the client, excluding the possibility of making claims against the logistics company in the future.

Furthermore, please be advised that our company does not bear responsibility for the delivery process. While we ensure that every shipment is insured and we choose reliable logistics partners, the delivery process itself, including any delays or handling by the delivery personnel, falls outside our direct control.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Returned items will be sent back to the respective manufacturers, upon which they will be inspected for return approval. Once the manufacturer has accepted the return, we will then issue a credit for the returned items. Please note that this process can take some time, as certain items must be shipped back to manufacturers for inspection. Return requests require approval, and all return shipping costs and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Transactions

Refunds are strictly applied back onto the original form of payment and will take 6 business days to appear available back onto your account via card and digital payment methods.
